OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
You have now received an email from Turtle Yarns confirming your order.
Please retain as proof of purchase.
Whilst turtles are usually slow we aim to get your books to you within 7 to 10 business days. This, of course, is dependent upon your location, the weather and shipping carrier practices.
All packaging is "Turtle Safe" as it is produced by an Australian company from plant based products and is totally biodegradable.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Damaged ? Send it Back
At Turtle Yarns we guarantee customer satisfaction with every book you purchase. If a book you have received is damaged or defective in any way we will replace it or provide you with a store credit once you have returned the damaged book. Please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will happily organise return postage and replace your book immediately.

Turtles are very private beings and so are we. At Turtle Yarns we comply with our statutory obligations under the Privacy Act of 1988. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone.
